光あるところには、必ず”影”が落ちる。
当たり前にそこにある影もその様相は様々で、一つとして同じものは存在しません。
陽の光に着目した2023SSに続いて、2023AWではその光が生み出す影に着目しました。
影さえも作品の一部として捉え、デザインすることで、日が沈めば夜に溶けていくような、儚い美しさを表現しています。
生地には、影が落ちることでより美しさを増す、上品で光沢感のあるものを採用。
装飾として施されたレースに光が透過すると、人肌の上に芸術的な影が映し出されます。
今作を通して、“美しく影を纏う”という感覚を、ご体感ください。

Season theme: 『shadow 白昼夢 - 影-』
Where there is light, there are always shadows.
As naturally occurring shadows take on various forms and aspects, no two shadows are alike.
Following the 2023SS collection, which focused on sunlight, this season, Foo Tokyo shifted our focus to the shadows cast by light.
Drawing inspiration from these shadows, we present the ephemeral beauty that fades into the night as the sun sets through our designs.
For the fabric, we have chosen an elegant and lustrous material that reveals its true character in the presence of shadows.
When the light silently passes through the lace decoration, it creates artistic shadows on your skin.
